Martians for Halloween?

Probably not. But if there are any they'll be closer tonight then they will be for another 13 years since their planet's and our planet's orbits bring us closer together than they have been for a good long while. That's Mars shown above (the pumpkin coloured one) in a photograph taken near Payson, Arizona a few days ago.
